Titleist golf products are a well-known brand. It’s a shame when someone thinks to abuse that brand awareness for their own personal gain.

In North Carolina, federal officials arrested to men on charges of counterfeiting golf gear which included Titleist golf products. According to reports, these men allegedly imported fake goods from Asia and using a store front on eBay, sold them to unsuspecting buyers.

It troubles me to think that people would try to get away with this. Sure it’s tempting to get paid for not doing work or a little of it, but to outright steal from people?

The criminals were found by The Acushnet Company who regularly monitors eBay and other online auction sites for this type of criminal activity.

When you’re looking for a used golf club sale, you’re likely to find a good many choices online. One such place I found is called OldClubs.com. Based on what I’ve seen they have some great deals on used golf clubs. Then there’s the behemoth of the online stores, ebay.

Nothing wrong with buying new unless your budget says otherwise. Especially if you’re just starting out, experts recommend that you start out slow and not buy the most expensive equipment you find. Tempting, but what if you find out you don’t like the sport after all? Then I supposed you’d start your own used golf club sale and possibly selling on the sites mentioned above.

Who Was The Youngest To Win The PGA Title?

The youngest person to win the PGA title for juniors is Alexis Thompson, causing the U.S. Women’s Amateur champion, Kimberly Kim, to step down.

Thompson, who is 12 years old, is from Coral Springs, Fla. She started off the day in a tie with Kim. Falling behind gave her the motivation to birdie four of five holes starting with the part-4 12th to gain momentum ahead of her competitor.

Finishing with a 2-under 69 and a 1-under 283 total, she became the youngest person to win the PGA junior championship. The Junior PGA Championship is one of the premier junior championships of the summer.

Congratulations goes to the youngest person to win the PGA title for juniors!

Callaway Golf Products

I was visiting Callaway’s website recently and found some nice Callaway golf shirts. A bit more than what I’m willing to pay for in a Callaway golf shirt, but I’m sure it’s okay for other golfers.

I then found some Callaway golf irons that looked better than the irons I own right now. The thing about Callaway golf irons that I like the most is that my friends always tell me how much they like the ones I use.

I suppose that if I wore Callaway golf shirts while using my Callaway golf irons, I should probably look into buying golf jackets.
