Plaid Golf Pants

Okay, what is it about plaid golf pants? The only time I see them is on the golf course. And boy do they come in bright colors or what? Indeed, plaid golf pants are quite an eye-catcher. I suppose more women wear them than men and come to think of it, they look better in them. I prefer to stick with the more neutral colors and solids. Now maybe a plaid shirt you might find me in, but never plaid golf pants. I read on the Internet that these pants made it onto the scene back in the 1950s. From the looks of things, this style seems to be coming back.
